Please fill out the application form. Do not include your SSN number in the form.

Along with the form we will need:

• Copy of the 2 latest paystubs
• Copy of your photo id
• Copy of your credit report with name, date and score on it. 

If you don’t have a credit report, I recommend using www.creditkarma.com. Once I receive all the documents I will submit it to the Landlord for his evaluation. If you have any questions you can email me.
